This unit is covered by a 2-Year Repair Warranty for manufacturing defects. Customer must return the unit to an authorized HP/Poly RTB service center.

- Customer must complete an official Order Form with required documents.
- Prices are VAT inclusive.
- Lead time for stocked items: 5–10 business days from PO/payment confirmation.
- Payment Options: COD (Bank Transfer) • COD (Credit Card via PayPal).
- Free delivery to eligible areas. (Metro Manila & Calabarzon Area)
- DOA claims: within 2 working days of delivery.
- DOA processing: 5–10 working days after HP/distributor approval.

📅 Holiday Order Processing Advisory (Philippines)
Orders paid on or before December 15, 2025 will follow the usual processing lead time of 5–10 business days.
Orders paid from December 16, 2025 onward will be queued and processing will resume on January 7, 2026 due to national holidays and logistics carrier cut-off schedules.
